At that time, electronic music was really hot. This kind of music was scattered through the record store, sorted according to the artists names. Talla said: "With the time, it got on my nerves to look for certain tracks in the whole range of records. So I thought: Electronic music is generated with synthesizers, so it has to do with technology. And I chose the short name "techno" as a description for that music. From there on, I have sorted all electronic music under the term “techno”. "Bit by bit, all record stores did the same. The music style "techno" was born, quickly established itself and still is very common.In a small club in the Frankfurter Steinweg called "No Name", Talla started in December 1984 the “techno club”-events. From 1986 until late 2000, the airport-club Dorian Gray was the Mecca for Tallas “techno club”-fans, only interrupted by a short interlude in the "Omen". A lot of techno fans remind with great melancholy the closure of the legendary airport-club in 2000. Since 2006, the techno club once again has a permanent home base - the U60311. Every second Saturday in a month, the techno club partys are celebrated in the former metro station.
